🔢 Revised Basic Pay
Current Basic Pay × Fitment Factor. The fitment factor is the core multiplier the commission uses to revise your salary grade.
📈 DA Reset
On implementation, existing DA (~60%) merges into basic pay and resets to 0%. DA then starts accumulating fresh on the new, higher basic pay.
🏠 HRA Revision
HRA is calculated as a % of the new revised basic pay — X cities: 24%, Y cities: 16%, Z cities: 8%.
💸 Arrears
Since the effective date is Jan 1, 2026, all pay revisions are backdated. Arrears = monthly difference × number of months pending.
